Hi! I'm Drew Little – a creative leader and designer that’s more about people than pixels.

For the last 15 years I've touched a wide range of design and creative work from apps to TV ads. I am most at home pursuing relevance + performance in my work, and my latest passion is building processes, systems, and culture to empower teams to produce the best work of their lives. I'm currently a Senior Product Designer at Rockbot. Prior to tech, I worked in action sports, education, and the non-profit sector.

Brand Identity

I'm so grateful that I got to help build the ZipRecruiter brand during my 6 years there. It was especially humbling to have my work stretched across the pillars of the New York Stock Exchange when ZipRecruiter went public.
